An Evening Under the Stars banquet with the ISPA is a yearly celebration of the poultry industry! On January 20, 2026, poultry producers and allied industry will gather with friends and family, industry leaders, government officials, university officials brought together through a shared interest in poultry and agriculture.
The banquet offers everyone a time to network and showcase accomplishments with policymakers as well as fellow poultry men and women in a lively atmosphere.
The Golden Egg Award, given to an individual that has made an invaluable contribution to the poultry industry.

5:00 pm - Reception Commences. Appetizers, Omelet Station and Bar Open
6:00 pm - Welcome, Golden Egg Award and Invocation in the Ballroom
6:30 pm - Dinner Begins. All food stations open.
7:00 pm - Dessert Station Open!
