Kyle Banaszak

Poultry Health Specialist

In his role as Poultry Health Specialist, Kyle assists the Indiana Board of Animal Health with NPIP Biosecurity Audits at commercial poultry farms and facilities. He also engages with backyard poultry hobbyists and 4H exhibitors by providing educational resources and regulatory guidance.

Kyle helps organize and manage the annual Pullorum-Typhoid Blood Testing schools, as well as the online Blood Tester Recertification School, Avian Influenza Swabbing School, and Commercial Blood Testing School.

Away from work, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, playing golf and tennis with his friends, and spending time with his family.

Jeffrey Deutschman

Office Manager

Jeffrey works to make sure ISPA’s Evening Under The Stars at the Indiana Roof showcases poultry dishes in new and unique ways. He also strives to put together a perfect day of golf for the industry in September of each year. Beyond event management, he works to make sure the day to day operations of the office goes smoothly. He really enjoys working with the Hoosier turkey industry through the Indiana Turkey Market Development Council (www.indianaturkey.com).

Away from work, he volunteers with the Humane Society For Greater Lafayette and spending time with his three cats. He enjoys going to movie premier events and traveling, especially to anywhere with a beach. His favorite way to explore is going on cruises, his favorite home port being Galveston, Texas.
